Cindy Patrick contracted with Pareto Systems in 2016 as a Professional Business Coach and Advisor. She has received extensive on-the-job coaching training throughout her lengthy leadership career at CNN, as the senior executive in charge of global technical and media operations. Cindy placed strong emphasis on staff and management development, which put her in a daily coaching role for numerous employees. She led and was a part of many business-wide teams charged with completing major change initiatives, including launching networks, introducing new workflows, facility upgrades and right-sizing operations, to name a few. After leaving CNN, coaching and business advising opportunities immediately came her way, so she formed her own management consultant business. Formal coaching training continued for Cindy through the Harvard-based Minds at Work organization.
