24 years of leadership experience in outsourcing services with Xerox, the past 11 years driving enterprise solutions, service delivery excellence and execution. As part of the Strategic Capture Center since 2010, have led cross functional sales and delivery teams to capture and close qualified mega-deal opportunities for Xerox MPS and CES offerings. As Client Delivery Manager for Xerox, responsible for the overall management and growth of a major healthcare organization while managing 25 document solution consultants. Provided strategic and consultative solutions to reduce document output cost. The team specialized in production printing and fulfillment, mail and distribution services, graphic and creative services, shipping/receiving and account management.

As Manager of CSS at Gaylord Entertainment, I managed a staff of 30 associates responsible for the following: mail services to include USPS, interoffice, UPS and expedited mai, centralized printing services, fleet management (70 office copiers), graphic design services and word processing services. My team supported the then 3,500 employees of Gaylord's Corporate and Hotel employees.
