My job is multi-faceted. I assist with animal restraint, vaccine and pharmacy dispensing, lab sample preparation, some laboratory interpretation, preparing samples for outside lab testing, billing, surgical set up and assistance, anesthesia monitoring, surgical/illness recovery monitoring, kenneling, after-hours care (feeding, medicating, grooming, walking/exercising hospital patients), reception, appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, wellness and nutritional education, new employee training, inventory maintenance and of course sanitation/cleaning.
