• Weekly reconciliation of centre bank account transactions against transactions entered into Qikkids databases ensuring that all reconciliations are completed by the AR team by close of business Friday of each. High volume.• Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable process to ensure that any variances are address and corrected in a timely manner.• Daily Receipting of main bank account.• Entering into QikKids database any parent refunds paid by finance.• Assist in issuing tax invoices to third parties as required.• Assist the Accounts Receivable Supervisor with End of Month procedures in required timelines• Build and maintain supplier/Centres relationships in dealing with queries and disputes via phone calls and email correspondence• Setup of new supplier accounts and maintenance of current supplier data in accounting system• Data entry and maintenance of accounts payable records.• Weekly invoicing.
