Perform advanced managerial work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations, planning and implementation of reunification, kinship and foster care systemic changes. Responsible for working with staff and contractors to establish goals, objectives and strategies for building foster care service arrays as well as designing a case management system that supports: 1) Maintaining children and youth in their home communities; 2) Implementing the strategies to meet the agencies goals; 3) Public private partnership, including planning and facilitation of work groups and planning for Partnership meetings. 4) Establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in achieving goals; and 5) Coordinating, executing and evaluating agency change activities..
