I have managed Craigo's pizza and McDonald's. I have other Supervisor experience also. I have often moved up in any job I have obtained as I enjoy working and serving others. I am very organized and it makes me happy to have things this way. I have a lot of training and experience with Adults and Children with Special Needs. I have volunteered and worked in this environment my entire life as my aunt was autistic and my family volunteered often for many programs. I have taught karate for 20 years or so. This has given me many opportunities to work with people of all ages and in result I gained leadership skills of all kinds. My family traveled all over the United States and participated in tournaments where we ranked highly in the circuit. I have had experience in marketing and Events Planning.   When I worked at world gym I was responsible for planning the Easter egg hunts and the Halloween carnival for the community. I was responsible for getting all donations and prizes. I did all advertisement and decorating. I am very good at delegating. I am resilient, I do not stress easily.  I have a smooth temperament, but I get things done appropriately.  I put on the school carnival 4 years in a row and it was a success. I've put on a lot of fundraisers that were also a success. I served on the Madison County Fair Board for 11 years. I assisted in the home arts, talent, entertainment, and advertising.  I possess great leadership skills that I have developed through many volunteer church hours, PTO, and community volunteering.  I have started businesses and have been very successful as I am a hard working individual that follows through with my goals.  Along with being a great leader, I am easy to get along with and work well in a team atmosphere.  I make friends quickly and obtain these friendships. I am very friendly and loving. I want others to feel good about themselves and to leave my presence with a smile. I'm a positive person that naturally sees the best in most situations.  I attended BYU Idaho and took many courses on marketing, communication's, family science,  and health. I have since helped many individuals build their business and have been quite successful guiding them. I have had a lot of training in advertising and media advertisement. This has been helpful to every employer I've worked for.  My plans for the future are to continue living in Rexburg, Idaho and raising my family.  We have 4 children ranging from ages 15 to 7. They are amazing little people that will change the world someday!
