Manage daily operation of satellite office. Prepare office for new programs. Hire, train and supervise case workers, as well as, provide direct services in counseling of probation youth. Assist employees with preparation of IDPs and liaison with HR to ensure compliance of legal hiring practices. Facilitate contract and grant compliance. Seek and assist with acquisition of new funding sources. Attend multi-agency community meetings.

Recruit, train and supervise volunteer advocates for children involved in foster care court proceedings. Write, edit and submit reports to the court on the best interests of minors served by program. Generate statistical information of client's court progress. Manage satellite office, including hiriing, training and supervising clerical staff. Liaison with court personnel, attorneys and local government officials. Attend multi-agency community meetings on regional collaborative committees. Assist Development Director with grant research and narratives.

Assist Executive Director with opening new office and re-structure of agency. Implement new accounting and office procedures. Assist with regional marketing campaigns and event planning. Liaison with Board of Directors and Board committees.
