Manages the development of instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended training solutions for Serco NA clients including the DCIPS training for the Army and Air Force accounts, and Web based and ILT training for the Flight Safety Standards Division at FAA. Performs analysis, defines requirements related to all aspects of the training assessment, design, development, and delivery. Establishes procedures for providing quality customer service in an environment requiring team work, efficiency, cross-training, and continuous improvement, maintains a detailed knowledge of industry developments to ensure that products and services are state-of-the-art, and responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner. Other responsibilities include identifying follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business by participating in proposal development. Financial responsibilities include ensuring profitability by managing project activities including staffing, scheduling, resources, and by contributing to budget formulation, and providing accurate financial reports to Serco-NA management.Has also produced audio/video/animated graphics for over 70 hours of Level III Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) for a United States Marine Corps project. Lead multimedia producer for projects, managing a team of developers through all phases of creation of multimedia programs used for corporate training. Selects and schedules voice talent; conducts audio record sessions; and manages production schedules for all creative staff. Creates storyboard templates for Instructional Designers to use during storyboarding and reviews the storyboards for technical soundness before production. Manages version control of all digital assets and selects and manages outside contractors and vendors.

Developed product demos and presented them to prospective customers and at industry trade shows.
