IT Project Manager* I managed large I.T. software projects from vendor selection to implementation. This includes contract negotiations involving professional services, pricing, and creating partnerships to sure all of our business needs are meet. I also developed business cases, prioritized features, enhancements, and project initiatives. I help identify and recommend innovative technology solutions and see each project through completion. Our project teams used the Agile Scrum methodology to implement software and I organized those Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives. * Also experienced in building out Project and Portfolio Management from ground zero to established processes within an Enterprise.
