I started with SYLVANIA in Process Engineering managing the glass technology lab at our Versailles, KY location. Over time, I gravitated to Quality and Project Management where I had the opportunity to work with many different areas of the business. As the lighting business evolved from traditional to solid state lighting, our organization also changed. This provided me the opportunity to broaden my experience by taking on responsibility for SEHS, regulatory compliance as well as social responsibility.I have extensive knowledge in manufacturing, quality and project management where the scope of my work spans multiple locations and functional areas. My responsibilities include management of all aspects of manufacturing and merchandised product quality for the America’s region and global responsibility for Low Pressure Discharge (LPD) lamp technology.
