This is my approach to my job and life in general. I love my job and have a wonderful team working with me. Teaching and mentoring are a passion of mine and I believe that it is my job as a manager to help my team be the most that they can be...to develop their talents and master the skills that they need to be successful. I am very involved in my community, active in many organizations, I love traveling, gardening, genealogy, participating in 5K races, and yes….I love to dance in the rain.
