I led two neuro ICUs (64 beds), three medical-surgical telemetry units (112 beds), an 11-suite neurosurgical OR, inpatient neuro rehab (45 beds), IOM/EEG, and outpatient services including GammaKnife, neuro infusion, radiation oncology, and MRI nursing.
