About Cindy Stultz
To use my skills and creativity to serve in an early childhood educational setting and provide a nurturing, safe, and quality experience which contributes to the growth and healthy development of the children in the program. Also, currently working toward publishing children's books and creating a unique phonics/phonemic awareness product.I firmly believe that a positive early childhood experience can set the stage for future years of success in a child’s education and life. This belief, along with a love for children, motivates me on a daily basis to immerse myself 100 percent in my role as an early childhood educator. I have extensive experience and skills with young children as well as a passion for early childhood education. I take seriously the responsibility I carry for providing a rich and nurturing experience for the children under my care during these very important foundational years. I recognize the importance of a happy, caring, safe, and stimulating learning environment. I am full of creative ideas, willing to take on challenges as well as menial tasks, can take instruction and supervision as well as work independently on my own initiative, am open to constructive criticism, and am flexible and easy to work with. I am sensitive to the needs and feelings of young children as well as their parents and value excellent relations and communication with parents and guardians. I am always looking for or thinking of new ideas to enhance the learning experience of the students. I carry a smile with me always and an enthusiasm for both teaching and learning. I love using “teachable moments” when they arise. I strive to foster a love of learning and thirst for knowledge in children. I do my best to help children build confidence and feel good about themselves, be considerate and respectful of others, and master skills that will benefit them as they move on to school-age and beyond.
