As a senior human resources executive, HRBP, and talent management leader, I have been a trusted advisor and partner to the business and stabilizing force during times of immense change, transformation, and disruption. For years, I have been the go-to for facilitating large-scale change and building progressive talent strategies and programs that have directly upleveled employee experience and engagement. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats. As a senior HRBP, I’ve supported organizations ranging from 500 up to 55K+ people and transformed existing talent programs, facilitated post-merger integrations, and built the necessary change management frameworks needed to support organizations and their leaders through change. As an HR Leader, I ensured the success of one the largest acquisitions at the time at Accenture, and established necessary compensation, HR policy, training, staffing programs, and leadership changes needed to support the needs of a diverse workforce.
