Key responsibilities:1) Call on existing customer base as well as pursuing new business opportunities in my given area of responsibilities – Vaal Triangle.2) Product training to customers.3) Customer assistance with difficult applications by suggesting possible solutions.4) Customer assistance with selecting technically / commercially correct products for specific applications.5) Sizing of control valves where necessary.6) Project management – from preparation and submission of tender up until final invoice process.7) Achieving mutually agreed sales targets.8) 3-month sales forecasts on a monthly basis.9) Monitoring all outstanding orders to ensure on-time deliveries and maintaining service levels. 10) Assistance in the completion of outstanding issues.11) Assistance with stock control.12) Day to day running of the office.13) Accountable for the branch – staff, overheads etc.

Key responsibilities:1) Represent to company in a professional, efficient & orderly manner.2) Respond to customer inquiries regarding price, technical information and product availability.3) Preparation & submission of technical correct & comprehensive quotations to customer for complete product, spare parts & services as requested by customer or sales-and-service organization in accordance with relevant quality procedures. 4) Receipt & processing of customer orders based on valid quotations for products, spares & services in accordance with the relevant quality procedures.5) Entry & maintenance of all details of customer order into local order book.6) Preparation of internal & local purchase requisitions in accordance with the requirements of relevant orders received & necessary approval processes.7) Creation & maintenance of order files. 8) Expediting and follow up of purchases & deliveries related to the fulfillment of customer orders.9) Preparation of relevant documentation in order for goods to be shipped to customer.10) Control of inventory & periodic stock-taking of current inventory.11) Provide necessary information & documentation regarding customer orders so as to enable invoicing to be completed & customer payments to be made, thus completing the enquiry to invoice process.12) Contribute to the development of a healthy & open communication process within the company, through honest & constructive communication.13) Develop a sound knowledge of all internal processes within the company in order to ensure compliance thereto.
