Director of Family Care: for Minnesota chapter of this National Ministry. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Ministry, focused on supporting families in crisis, providing care and support to children that are in risk of harm. In this leadership position I have worked with all aspects of the ministry leading in the recruitment, training and support of host families. Creation of procedures and processes to efficiently take-in care needs of Families in crisis and match them with host families. Provided guidance and oversight of transitions of children to and from host families and families in state of crisis. Hands-on responsibility of in-take of Families in Crisis, responsible for the interview and assessment process and procedures of placement. The assessment and interview process are critical in the discernment of need and candidacy of care to determine if the ministry objectives and capabilities aligned. Had overall responsibility and operations of the of the 24 hour crisis line. During this two year period in conjunction with Executive Director, were able to grow the Minnesota chapter into the fastest growing chapter in the nation, at a rate of 70% per annum.

Owned and operated a hand crafted woolens business , designed, crafted and marketed woolens to retail stores and boutiques. Participated in local Art shows and was recognized for uniqueness and quality of products and was nominated as Emerging Artist of 2009.
