Developed and implemented large scale vendor implementations; Custom design and development of internal financial and costing systems for retail and credit cards; business analyst and requirements gathering for end users from clerks to senior executives; user training and post implementation user acceptance.Responsibilities included vendor implementation for CFO group for front to back office global risk management Treasury system; multiple custom development projects, including Accounts Receivable, rewrite of global transaction billing system, implementation of vendor check writing system, creation of import costing module including a supply chain management system for foreign goods; Liaison between Tech and Business Lines. Full life-cycle custom development and documentation including; testing, Q&A, client training, upgrades, and reporting.

Main engagement consisted of custom development of International Treasury and Cash Management System for Dutch Bank. Design of first Straight Through Processing System (web-based) on an international scale using Oracle applications and methodologies. Integration of FTI Treasury System onto the Oracle platform; conversion of bank systems, business process analysis, documentation, spec writing, customer management, deliverables and performance analysis.

Responsible for onsite project management and implementation of XRT Treasury Workstation, a treasury and cash management system used by Fortune 500 firms. Responsibilities included customer data conversion, implementation, training and business process reengineering; spec writing and delivery of enhanced functionalities. Worked on sales and development teams for Version 6.0, a totally rebuilt Workstation with emphasis on trading, derivatives/risk, and foreign exchange tools for corporate cash management.

Implemented, sold, and developed a Proprietary software International Fixed Income Trading and Global Risk Management system. System included full integration and range of interest rate products: money markets, derivatives (swaps, FRAs, options), and bonds. Responsible for sales support, spec writing, and testing.

Interbank broker of Interest Rate Swaps and multi-currency FRAs. Covered European link to brokerages in Holland, Belgium, Spain, France, and Italy. Average daily business of $1 billion.

Responsible for managing $2.2 billion funding portfolio. Issued CoreStates Financial Corp. liabilities such as Commercial Paper, Certificates of Deposit, Eurodollars, Repos, Bankers Acceptances, and Bank Notes. Product manager for $1 billion Bank Note issuance. Helped develop new portfolio management system for internal bank use, including link to Sales and FX desks.
