In conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team,developed the design and build of the perioperative areas of the Global Vascular Institute. This included six Operating Suites and one Hybrid suite with the ability to upgrade to further Hybrid. A satellite sterile processing department and a six bed recovery area was part of the build. Development of all operational activities to include staffing, schedules, training, and equipment budgets for transfer and depreciation was part of the responsibilities of closing Fillmore Gates Hospital and consolidating services with BGMC and the new build.

Achieved the first growth year within the proceeding decade and exceeded 2009 growth in 2010. This was achieved by providing consistent leadership through education, process development, setting expectations, developing competencies and building teams within service lines. Drove supply chain management through training to achieve a reduction of inventory by $1.7 million. Full P&L responsibility for $46 million with 3 direct reports and 235 indirect reports.
