Cindy currently enjoys teaching Pilates, yoga, barre and Core Fusion ClassesCindy completed my Pilates Certification using the 'Joseph Pilates principles through Karen Sanzo of Pilates Unlimited in Dallas, Texas. Cindy completed training in A-PAI Pilates on the Ball, AFAA pilates training, AFAA yoga training, and is Johnny G(Maddog) spinning certified.
