As a pilates instructor, I lead the members through a sequenced pilates format depending on their level. I design it to enhance their overall strength, fitness and endurance. I also serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of the Joseph Pilates method.

Teach pilates to members and guests at the Chase Park Plaza. During pilates class, I guide the students through a series of pilates exercises. In spinning, we take a journey on our bike on hills, flat roads and racing through the countryside. For strength training, I design a class to challenge participants using weights, stretch bands and balls. Then adding cardio spurts in between strength training.

Teach my students yoga exercises and their benefits. In classes while students demonstrate yoga positions,I correct and teach the students proper form and show modifications. Create lesson plans using Blackboard and other tools to share with students.

I will be assisting patients and patients' family in the Endoscopy and GI department. I will also be helping to get patients in and out of the department.

I have performed radiology procedures in a doctor's office and hospital setting. I really liked learning CT when I worked the night shift. I would enjoy working in CT again. I enjoy working with patients and other departments. When working at the hospital, I really enjoy working in surgery learning all the procedures including using the carm. I also have performed many special procedures, routine exams including orthopedic exams. Besides be certified in radiology, I am certified by ISCD to perform bone densities. I am very flexible when it comes to working extra or just trading shifts to help out. I enjoy jumping in to learn new procedures.

I was a COBOL programmer using SQL, UNIX on an IBM system. I have analyzed, programmed, tested and implemented multiple projects. I love problem solving and working with users and learning as much as I can. I'm a quick learn and very flexible. I provided computer technical support.
