With over 170k followers on Instagram and 57k subscribers on YouTube, Womantalk addresses women's interests, challenges, achievements, and empowerment across a wide range of topics including lifestyle, career, health, and relationships. As the lead graphic designer, my responsibilities include:- Designing engaging and creative graphics for Instagram & YouTube, including posts, stories, reels, banners, and thumbnails. - Create and develop visual identities for podcast to maintain a strong and influential brand image, such as creating logos, thumbnails, and social media graphics.- Ensuring all designs align with the brand's visual identity, tone, and messaging.- Using digital imaging to effectively convey messages and enhance storytelling through visuals.- Staying updated on current design and social media trends to innovate and improve.- Working closely with copywriters, social media strategists, and editorial managers to incorporate feedback, refine designs, and improve effectiveness.- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines.- Supervise the quality and accuracy of all design projects by interns before final delivery.
