Cindy founded a company in 2000 offering Business Consulting Services for the AECO Industry. In 2014 the name was changed and VDCO Tech Inc. was born. Cindy is the President and Chief Operating Officer in charge of Operations, having overall responsibility for owner and employee relationships and for ensuring that the highest level of satisfaction is attained at every level of the operation -- from clients to co-workers. Cindy is responsible for and is spearheading that Company's growth and strategic planning. Cindy has 26 years of diverse project experience. She has a proven ability to lead her teams of BIM, construction professionals, subcontractors and design professionals, while maintaining strong Client relationships. Cindy’s key strengths include reducing risk for her Clients and increasing efficiency in production through BIM & VDC. Cindy is recognized nationally for her expertise in VDC process, SMART City initiatives and VDCO implementation strategies. A frequent speaker at conferences, Cindy is highly regarded for her practical “real-world” approach to VDC implementation and process for both Owners and Practitioners. She is known for getting into the “BIM Trenches” and working through traditional processes to implement change. Cindy is a certified general contractor, CM-BIM, LEED AP and one of the founders of the bimSMART Foudation and an Instructor for the AGC CM-BIM/ Lean Classes. Under Cindy's direction, VDCO Tech has created relationships with IBM and Microsoft as she looks to explore the world of VDC and Virtual Reality.
