As Founder of CSB Coaching Insights, I coach clients with diverse backgrounds and skills and believe in coaching each person based on where they are and where they want to go. While CSB represents my initials, it also describes my coaching: Caring, Supportive, and Balanced. I raise my clients' awareness about how to best address development areas, reach goals, and be resilient. I help move them to new areas of self-discovery and self-awareness. And we co-create concrete steps to achieve improved performance and satisfaction and reach the career they imagine. Coaching is all about giving people the ability to move to the next level and find successful outcomes. And to celebrate those successes. As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, I also help my clients appreciate their talents and strengths and polish them further. My top Gallup Strength is Relator, which shows up strongly in how quickly I connect with my clients and gain their trust. Rounding out my top 5 Strengths are Achiever, Responsibility, Harmony, and Learner.
