I LOVE data and discovery!!! I enjoy the thrill of the hunt sifting through data to find out why something did not work for our customers. By my nature, I am curious and want to resolve or at least know the whys about what I am researching. Therefore, in one word 'Google' is my best friend on the web, well besides my LinkedIn connections! Primarily, I handle data integrity, assist in data entry, report development and provide data sets to management and sales teams within Excel output for sales analysis. I have experience with relational databases, T-SQL, Excel, Word, Adobe and Crystal Reports. I am that unique technically inclined individual who has an approachable and personable communication style that most companies, do not realize they are missing! I enjoy looking for opportunities to improve processes and application processing steps.At work, my goal is to resolve problems for both our internal and external customer's by keeping them informed during all phases of the resolution process.
