Responsible for content planning and production, website, public relations, social media and email marketing projects for a small grocery strategic advisory and insight firm specializing in how the US Grocery market is evolving due to the growth of eGrocery and new competitors.

Providing a wide range of services from product testing, local PR and promotion execution, in-market research, pricing studies, in-store data collection for both local and national food manufacturers and other CPG companies on a contractual basis. Past clients include: General Mills, Kellogg's, Luna Bar, Parker Bros., Willard Bishop Consulting, Campbell's, Quizno's and Frigidaire appliances.

We were a small tour operator delivering awesome European bike vacations to avid cyclists. At Mello Velo, the goal was to spend energy on amazing bike rides, not packing and unpacking like on most bike tours. Our clients stayed in the same beautiful country home along with a chef for the entire trip so that they had the opportunity to experience the beauty of slow travel, relax and make that piece of paradise their home for the week - both on and off the bike.

Contributed to successful rollout of Money Orders programs with key large chains including Walmart and CVS with effective in-store materials and signage, advertising and team enrollment.

Started in the Test Kitchen supporting several Quaker brands with PR initiatives, recipe development, preparation directions, new product development, competitive reviews and education programs for the Consumer Response teams for the first 6 years. Then moved onto Marketing team for Quaker Oats and managed the Test Kitchen Manager to leverage synergies between the two areas and streamline work flow. As part of the marketing team, was responsible all of the PR and communications around both health claims and baking/recipes which were the key strategies for driving growth for the business.
