If you ask me to describe myself in only one word, it would be resilient. 👈I am full of grit and demonstrate perseverance every day. Everybody loves a comeback, and my story is full of them. I've overcome setbacks to find my way into UX and become a pillar in the UX community. 👊🕛 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE:It wasn't a straight path from journalism to UX. Along the way I've learned how to move really fast, deliver on deadline, interview people, write content, be a product manager, lead design teams, help stakeholders align, and streamline processes.
