My responsibilities include managing the Support Staff and creating and maintaining best practices related to the services in which we offer support. This includes Payroll, Implementation, Benefits Administration, and Broker Support Team services. We place a strong emphasis on quality performance and customer satisfaction. I provide customer service and project management expertise, partnering with clients and other team members to formulate strategic plans and ensure execution. I am also responsible for monthly billing and collection. As a member of the executive management team, I participate in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.I have over 20 years of business experience, 10 of which were spent running my own construction company. For the last 13 years, I have been in HR/Benefits/Payroll Management.
