I held several responsible positions during my time at TriZetto. In the Sr. Business Analyst role I was responsible for leading and individually contributing to client projects including assessments, software implementations, upgrades, configuration, requirement gathering and documentation, traceability, testing, knowledge transfer and post implementation support. During my time in the corporate Implementation Center I evaluated, created and implemented accelerates and tools. In the Best Practices Sr. Analyst role I project managed process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams. I contributed to the commercialization and development of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.

I developed a new Corporate Training Department within the e-Health division. I produced the vision and executed the delivery for both external and internal clients. I provided value in corporate strategy and roadmap sessions for the development of enhancements for the mobile software product. I developed and maintained all training curriculum; providing updates and revisions based on enhancements and version upgrades. I delivered corporate sales training, resulting in increased in the Boston market. I delivered customer training, resulting in an increase in clients'​ usage of the hosted software product producing increased revenue for the division. I functioned as the in-house liaison between product development, technical writing, marketing and sales to facilitate knowledge transfer. My team of three produced the product's Online HELP which resulted in receiving an award for "Online Documentation" from the Society for Software Technical Communication (STC).

During this engagement I promoted new technology and processes improvement. I served on the corporation’s Business Continuity Planning Board (BCP) to implement an effective Disaster Recovery (DR) plan which would improve security and protect PHI. I wrote BCP documents detailing the technical and training requirements for continuing claims management and maintaining HIPPA compliance during any type of service interruption. I provided information and training on HIPAA privacy and security requirements daily policy and procedure improvement to upper management. I designed, then implemented and trained, a plan to leverage technical resources with the ultimate goal of reducing personnel cost, increasing productivity and providing a better service to HCA’s medical providers.

In this consulting engagement I performed the planning, design, and implementation of Security Systems, Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Implementations. I wrote corporate positioning papers on business growth possibilities in providing system security to comply with federal HIPAA regulations for the Healthcare Industry.

This working-supervisor position was responsible for end user training on all software products related to medical practice management. In this position I was responsible for a building and maintained of an enterprise environment serving a multi-site medical practice. In addition to the training of physicians and office staff, I was responsible for system uptime and performance monitoring, database integrity, optimizing medical software functionality, and supporting end users. My accomplishments include employee recognition certificates and monetary bonuses. In addition, an increase in revenue was realized by my addressing the lack of end user training and identifying IT and staff workflow issues.

In the Sr. Account Manager Position I supported Enterprise Client Accounts with project planning and coordination. Further responsibilities included implementing the Master Patient Index (MPI), Medical Manager® practice management system and EMR, Subject Matter Expert (SME), pre-installation assessments, change management, configuration, implementation and end user training as a Certified MPI Trainer.

In this working Supervisor position my team of four provided level-three support for physician offices using the Medical Manager® suite of Provider Management Software and Electronic Medical Records. Level-three support, the highest level in the client support center, was responsible for resolution of all issues unresolved in the lower levels of support as well as training for levels one and two support technicians to include Operating System, database, EDI and product training. My team resolved service interruptions for clients and performed installs and upgrades.
