Carl Lutters ondervond de administratieve problematiek in de bouwsector in de praktijk toen hij werkzaam was in het ouderlijk bedrijf Multiclima Industries. Een softwarepakket voor de bouw was op dat moment niet voor handen. Daarom werd in eerste instantie naar een oplossing gezocht in MS Excel. Maar dat liep snel fout: formules verdwenen, uit facturen konden geen omzetten worden getrokken, offertes maken was omslachtig en een overzicht bewaren uitdagen.Het idee om het softwarepakket te ontwikkelen ontstond.Toen Henk Cloetens, kotgenoot van Carl in Leuven, het idee te horen kreeg, stortte hij er zich op met zijn commercieel talent.De 2 spitsbroeders sloegen de handen in elkaar en besloten in 1999 de NV Use IT Group op te richten, waarvan zij elk voor de helft aandeelhouder werden. Henk hield zich als licentiaat in de handelswetenschappen voltijds bezig met het commerciële aspect van de zaak en ondertussen nam Carl de verdere productontwikkeling voor zijn rekening.Het was het startschot van een snel groeiend bedrijf. De rest is geschiedenis.Use It Group ontpopte zich met zijn software tot marktleider binnen de sector.Bouwsoft & Groensoft werden de meest toonaangevende softwarepakketten binnen de bouw- en tuinsector. Alom bekend voor hun compleetheid, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en de bijhorende onberispelijke opleiding & service na verkoop.En we staan niet stil !In 2016 wordt Archisoft als volgende telg in de 'Use IT' familie opgenomen. Software die ditmaal de architect in de mogelijkheid stelt om zijn volledige administratie in goede banen te leiden.2021... Use IT Group becomes part of the Visma family! Show less
