KOAG’s goal, to identify a critical need for products in order to develop devices utilizing the unique hemostatic properties. Joint venture with Chinese manufacturer to supply the U.S and International markets. In 2013, KOAG was acquired by a Minneapolis company who is currently manufacturing, producing and selling product in the U.S. and Chinese markets. Responsibilities included involvement with daily operations, decision making, financial management, marketing, research and development, business development and strategic planning.
