I am an entrepreneur and I wear two hats. I am a self-employed technical writer / editor / blogger and a fiber artist. I have discovered that in today's economy it is important to multitask and so I work in both these areas simultaneously. It's a varied day and never boring!I am the senior technical writer for a local hi-tech hardware firm.I created a WordPress website / blog and an Etsy shop for my small business, CindyRQuilts, through which I promote my handmade fiber art. I build WordPress websites and online Etsy shops for crafters and artists. I also write site content and teach site owners to maintain their sites and shops. I teach basic SEO for these sites including how to use social media.I create beautiful fiber art wall hangings and many other quilted items. The theme of my quilt art is Scenes from Israel, where I have lived the last 22 years and where I started my fiber art journey.
