I work with loan processors to close loans for people who have wisely choosen to buy a PulteGroup Brand new construction home in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. The mortgage industry is a changing landscape with new regulations such as "know before you owe". At Pulte mortgage, we are able to capture and control the backlog to provide a better return to the builder. The best part of my job though is providing each new homeowner with a great experience. It is really at the end of the day all about moving into their new home.

I worked with borrowers who purchased a new home from Pulte Homes. I was able to work with borrowers in many different states. I requested documentation and reviewed the documenation that allowed people to qualify for a loan so that they could get into their dream home.

My responsiblities included reveiwing a file for needed documentation, talking with each borrower on required documenation for the loan program, reveiwing the collected documentation to ensure completeness and statisfaction of requirements. I then would be able to submit to underwriting for validation and clearing conditions. I pulled case numbers and completed appraisal logs for FHA loans. Submitted loan to MI companies for underwriting when necessary and bond (CHAFA) when appliciable. Then, file with full loan approval would then be submitted to QC and closing. One of the most important aspects of my job was to keep the customer advised on progress of their loan and provide outstanding customer service.
