The Shared Meal crowdsources plant-rich home-cooked recipes and food memories to develop Hong Kong's first fully bilingual community plant-based archive and advance climate education. Launched in July 2020, The Shared Meal has since collected, translated, and crafted over 50 recipes and stories - each a testament of love for the environment and people at our table.

Developed English and Chinese learning resources and activities for students, teachers and family audiences. Managed 460 school visits in one year. Trained and line-managed part-time docents in delivering tours to students aged 4 to 18. Designed and led virtual learning sessions during COVID-19, reaching 700+ secondary students from Oct 2020 to Mar 2021. Built partnerships with local artists and community groups to deliver biweekly workshops for a range of audiences: family, elderly, special needs etc.Worked with Head of Heritage to develop programme evaluation methodology. Set up systems to monitor and analyse quantitative and qualitative data.Supported English and Chinese interpretation in exhibition, “Contagious Cities: Far Away, Too Close” – co-presented with the Wellcome Trust (2019).

Led leadership workshops for teenagers from vulnerable backgrounds. Facilitated the progress and mentor-mentee relationships of 20 youth-led community projects a year.Successfully pitched projects to CSR partners, including Accenture, Invesco, Morgan Stanley, MTR and more. Trained and engaged over 80 corporate volunteers in working with children.

Wrote proposals and delivered pitches to seek sponsorships for exhibitions and programs across arts, culture, business & policy – achieved success rate of over 70%.
