I Managed the interior work environment for 1500 employee office using space planning software to facilitate moves/adds/changes. Planned “return-to-office” post pandemic activities including floor plan restacks and conversion to neighborhood floor plans.My notable project achievements include a Biorepository workplace design and manufacturing layouts, strategic work identifying troublesome clinical design problems and offering solutions to increase efficiency. I project managed interior design work in the workplace environment which included assembling budgets, developing project plans, and scheduling and monitoring installation involving subonctractors.

I efficiently developed plans for moves/adds/changes in the corporate headquarters involving approximately 1200 employees. I managed the creative role of designing new departmental layouts while also developing project budgets and plans for the physical furniture to be changed. I developed the schematic floor plan for an executive office relocation while also designing an employee lounge area for an interior call center.

I was responsible for a brand new role in this organization: Healthcare Workplace Consultant. My role was to identify, search, connect, and present my organizations furniture products for the healthcare sector. I increased the firms' visibility in the healthcare community in this role and was successful in bringing in new clients and new projects requiring new furniture. This included governmental projects, dental, clinical, and workplace clients.

I was initially hired as an interior designer for the firms’ owner where I designed interiors in the workplace, retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Within 2 years I was promoted to a lead designer role. The firm changed ownership in 2014 and my role was expanded to include new business/marketing and social media functions in addition to performing as an interior designer. As the New Business Development champion I developed healthcare accounts, improved the firms' profile in the real estate community, and developed and refined the firm's website presence.
