As the founder of Wild Things & Co. and Slowdown Art, my transition from a diverse corporate background to focusing on intimate, wellbeing-cantered events is deeply personal. A few years ago, I turned to mindfulness art for healing during a challenging period in my life. This experience guided me through my journey and inspired the creation of Slowdown Art, where I offer mindfulness art facilitation in an intimate studio setting, helping others find peace and creativity through mindful art.Wild Things & Co., which I established in 2024, culminates my self-discovery during the last few years while taking a break from full-time work. While I enjoyed a successful career in retail through the multiple roles I held, I realised my true passion lay in creating events that foster joy and connection. This led me to niche down to focus on crafting intimate, memorable experiences that cater to well-being and creativity. With Wild Things & Co., we specialise in crafting wellness and creative-themed events for lifestyle brands and enhancing employee well-being through bespoke corporate wellness programs. Both brands are driven by my mission to create experiences where people can reconnect with themselves and others, whether through a joyful event or a peaceful moment of mindful art.If you’re looking to bring more meaningful, wellness-focused moments into your workplace or personal life, let’s connect. I’m always eager to collaborate on new projects that inspire creativity, mindfulness, and joy.
