Cindy Guckenberger has been a licensed real estate Broker since 1997. Her career in real estate began in 1993 working as Director of Operations for Danco Group in Northern California (a new construction and land development company). Over a span of 18 years she was instrumental in developing ground up companies to include Timber Ridge Assisted Living, Pacific Property Management and Pacific West Affordable Housing. She was a Sergeant in the United States Army in the Military Electronic Intelligence branch. Her education was at CalPoly Humboldt where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics 1992. Cedar Rapids has been Cindy’s hometown since 2003 and since that time has worked in land development, property management and as a Broker Associate real estate agent. In 2024 she and her fellow partners founded Market Real Estate Group serving the Cedar Rapids Metro area. Cindy was married to David Guckenberger in 1997 and they have three children who all are serving as in the US Army.

All of the businesses are still growing and thriving based on the work. This was the most amazing experience of working with a creative team that also was quality driven. Both the passion and the emphasis on research before starting the next project produced incredible results. What an amazing company!
