Responsible for SAP implementation and general business strategy and transformation projects within the IBM Communications sector, including clients within Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications and Energy & Utilities. I held Project Executive roles including sales as well as delivery focus with clients. I interfaced with client executives and senior management as well as managed large implementation teams.

Thomson-Reuters was my client from 2006 through 2013, where I led large strategy and technology implementations across this client's global operating units. I managed a consulting team of 110 resources located in numerous work sites around the world. I was responsible for the overall day-to-day delivery of the projects and interfacing with client executives as well as sales and quality assurance.

I was hired in a leadership position for the start-up of Fujitsu's North American SAP Practice and to take over a failing project as Project Manager. The project was with a major automotive industry client and the implementation was for the SAP IS-Automotive solution including Dealer Portal. I also led a 6 month archiving strategy project for Coca Cola Enterprises.

I was Project Manager for 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations as well as performed several quality audits of projects where I provided mentorship to other project managers. One highlight was an implementation of the full suite of SAP to a medium-sized manufacturing company in just 19 weeks! I also managed engagements leading strategy (Dell) and branding (William Reid) that were agnostic to any IT applications.

I spent my formative years in Finance and Accounting culminating in 4 years as the Controller for this (then) $1B soft drink manufacturer and distributor. My tenure included exposure to all facets of the business including sales, manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, distribution and field operations in addition to accounting. In 17 years I was promoted on average every 18 months. My final 3 years at Dr Pepper I was Director of IT where I led a large transformation program. The projects included a complete infrastructure rebuild, sales force automation and implementation of SAP.
