MBA summer intern at Travel pod, LCS, Google JapanWith a CAGR of 24% for number of foreign travelers visiting Japan since 2012, clients of Travel pod in Google Japan are planning strategies to grow their revenue by capturing more foreign travelers. Most of these clients are domestic traditional travel agencies and started international online business in recent 5 years. My main internship project is about having a deep dive analysis of consumers traveling to Japan and mapping out their buying decision journey to help clients better engage with these consumers by leveraging Google's digital marketing solutions.Achievements:•Proposed a series of products in AdWords to help a client to build a stronger brand positioning in online hotel booking market while maximizing their return on ad spend•Identified and recommended 7 top priority countries for a client to start a new digital marketing campaign globally on Google's platform to achieve their revenue goal•Implemented optimization for a new AdWords account, decreasing search Ads cost per click by 25% while increasing click through rate by 1.5% and conversion rate by 0.5%
