I have been an active NC real estate broker since 1995. Five years with HP&W and 10 years with RE/MAX. I have direct experience working with both buyer and seller clients, either as a residential real estate broker or in support of one. I have 9 year experience handling closings for both Buyer and Seller transactions. I am extremely organized to manage numerous details. I am flexible to show property to buyers, attend office appointments, meet with sellers in their home, etc. I have computer skills using email, Internet, Tempo, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Lots of experience creating brochures, flyers, marketing materials, and internet postings. Also handle all advertising/marketing for the office.

I started my venture with BB&T in a small bank in Gastonia (Independence National Bank) when BB&T bought them in the late 1970's. In 1980, I transferred to Raleigh and worked as an Executive Assistant to the Regional President in the downtown Raleigh Office. When BB&T was awarded the contract from the State of North Carolina to head up their Employee 401(k) Program, I was promoted to manage sales associates to educate and enroll all State Employees in this matching program. I also traveled monthly to our home office in Wilson to educate and enroll employees into the 401(k) Bank plan.
