My role allows me to focus on strategic initiatives, problem-solving activities with clients and to deliver exceptional value to clients, whether in a project- based or interim role. I become a part of the client’s team for as little or long as needed and assist with turning chaos into a manageable workload.

• Maintain full responsibility for preparation, filing and XBRL tagging of Quarterly 10-Q, Annual 10-K and 8-K earnings release.• Participate in disclosure committee meeting, internal staff, external auditors and internal and external legal counsel.• Assist with Annual Proxy Statement process.• Research and keep current with new technical guidance for GAAP and SEC rules.• Assist in acquisition accounting and reviewing third-party valuation for new acquisitions.• Utilize Equity Edge Online, prepare stock-based compensation entries and disclosures for 10-Q/K filings.• Maintain ASC 842 lease schedules.• Execute monthly corporate consolidation package. • Assist in month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliation and various work papers; provide expertise for complicated cash flow transactions.

• Executed drafting and review of quarterly SEC 10-Q and annual 10-K financial filings.• Coordinated schedules with external auditor, business units, and disclosure committee and ensured timely adherence to filling deadlines.• Facilitated disclosure committee meetings for the quarterly and annual filings.• Developed company SOX processes and controls for external financial reporting, created process flow charts and process documentation, and executed all external reporting SOX processes.• Gathered data and prepared financial covenant tests required by bank agreement.• Served as key member of team responsible for restating five years of financial statements and for filing Form-10 related to a reverse spin-off.• Prepared financial tables for earnings release and verified all financial data included in the release.
