Women Who Code is a global non-profit organization committed to inspiring women to pursue careers in technology. As a director, I scaled the chapter from 5 to 16,000 members training leads, social leads, and volunteers. I established succession planning for leads and directors. I organized talks, hack nights, panels, and workshops on topics ranging from frontend technologies to backend architectures to AI/ML projects that showcase and encourage women in the industry.
