Kohlbry founded Executive Bridge, a leading executive search and career coaching company, over 20 years ago. A former Corporate Finance investment banker, she has recruited talent for most of her career. She has lived and worked literally all over the world and her finance career covered most areas of capital markets, corporate finance, development, investment and commercial banking, asset management, and venture capital. She has served on a number of financial institution-related committees and boards, and on the boards of several European manufacturing concerns. An active and engaging speaker, Ms. Kohlbry makes regular presentations at industry conferences and financial services and Not-for-Profit forums.
