Using industry best practices and ITIL fundamentals, I designed a server build process that was approved by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) and our customers. • While working as Decomm Team Lead, I evaluated the newly designed decommission process and identified a number of missed requirements. After participating in the process redesign, I worked with Xerox management and my team to format detailed weekly reports that illustrated the status of the configuration item as it progressed through the decommission phases. My reports provided Xerox management with a view into the strategic and tactical impact to the infrastructure.
