Purchasing Director, Qpa
Current- Is responsible for municipal purchases in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law.
- Review invoices from professionals, arrange for payment and retain records.
- Review the successful contractor's completed contracts and required documents for completeness and correctness.
- Research for available State Contracts
- Attend seminars, conferences and meetings related to purchasing and administration. Maintain my QPA status.
- Review of purchase orders daily to determine that proper purchasing procedures have been followed
