About Cindy Gill

I am a passionate and highly qualified Case Containment Manager for Utah State University. I was hired at the beginning of the 2020 fall semester to manage a team of contact tracers under the direction of Emergency Management. The global pandemic has forever changed our world and I have utilized my skills of coaching, organization, teamwork, problem solving, and sheer hard work to define this position and grow with it. My entire team, including myself, are remote workers and I have utilized creative methods and best practices to create team unity and accountability. It's been a wild ride as we've literally built the plane while flying it. I am proud to be a part of a team that supports our university community in safely moving forward. It is my privilege to see past the COVID-19 numbers and assist and serve the individuals affected by this virus.
