I've had the privileged of teaching classes as an Adjunct Professor at Riverside Community College District. Where I have been approved to teach Business, Management and CIS. I was encouraged to find the students eager to learn and engage in class. I have always had a passion for teaching and I have found this opportunity fulfilling. As the Customer Service Lead and Trainer for 15 years, I prepared new employees with a strong foundation on all aspects of rates, programs and assistance available. Teaching telephone skills to effectively handle the most difficult customers and assist the Representatives with technical support and offer additional training as needed. As a Lead I was responsible for monitoring the phones calls for adequate coverage and maintaining a professional level of Customer Service. It was also necessary to create work schedules that balanced adequate coverage to all areas of the business. Finally, in addition it was necessary to be available to speak to difficult customers for problem resolution.
