My notable achievements so far include: Expertly launch new sustainability service and additional revenue streams, customizing corporate sustainabilityand master planning functions. Supervise performance of four Direct Reports in successful execution of 75+ sustainability projects – varying in size, scale, and complexity. Prioritize client, stakeholder, and project team initiatives to expertly advance performance of a large portfolio. Established a new Kitchener-based team to manage workflow and expand existing client base. Lead large-scope community projects, including a commercial/residential development in downtown Toronto. Pioneered first-of-its-kind sustainability solution, while balancing public/community stakeholder concerns. Manage a corporate sustainability project for a sizable retail developer and built a business case to expand LEED initiatives, including carbon neutral strategies and wellness features.

Recognized and promoted by executive leaders, I identified opportunities for change and service expansions based on intricate market research, process improvement, and scope development talents. I also supervised our multidisciplinary teams to consistently achieve revenue targets. My notable achievements included: Spearheaded large redevelopment project in Ottawa – one of few communities to achieve LEED Certification - acquiring new sustainability plans for office, retail, and residential structures. Cultivated relationships with the public with engaging communications skills. Hand-selected to oversee the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Climate Resiliency practice, maintaining market placement. Instrumental in project deliverables, as well as supporting tool and process development, aiding in the acquisition of additional RFPs. Assigned to manage LEED review team service for Canadian Green Building Council LEED applicationreviews. Developed management and quality control systems. Actively participated in team calls to discuss internal issues and systematically generate resolutions.

Designed mechanical systems, such as HVAC, ducting, plumbing, and piping for specialized food service industry applications. Collaborated with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage projects on time and on budget from design to construction. Accomplishments:Designed mechanical system for quality control lab at new Ferraro Rocher production plant in Brantford.

Earlier in my career, I was recruited to launch a new lab service to evolve service offerings and single-handedly established the organization as a leader in new lab services –ultimately winning contracts from well-known environmental firms.
