It’s broke…come fix it….and so I did! Brought on board to rebuild recruiting department. How do you know when it's fixed....results. Here are some of mine: Implemented a recruiting strategy which when implemented brought in over 320 professional, exempt level offers in a 19 month period. Time to fill was cut from over 120 days to less than 65 days and accept ratio was brought up to 81%. ...and more results: Created a consolidated, streamlined vendor management process allowing for the successful on-boarding of 400 contract employees and reducing the percentage of full time agency hires from 90% to 15%.....and even MORE results: With NO agency fees personally hired all Executive and key positions including VP of Consumer Marketing, VP of Interactive Merchandising, VP of Human Resources, Controller, Sr. Director of CRM, Sr. Director of Latin America, Director of Public Relations, SEO Expert and Industry Specific Product Managers.

First is always fun….being the first employee hired into a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and Qualcom…well, it doesn’t get more fun than that!What do you do when you are the first to arrive? You report to the CEO and build a team that will hire 200 full time technologists with a 90% offer accept ratio and an average time to fill of 28 days! You personally hired 48 of the 200 including CFO, COO, CTO, VP Marketing and VP Sales.Sure, we had VC but you still got to save money when you’re getting started so I created a vendor policy decreasing agency fees to 7% of total hires, an estimated bottom lines savings of $300,000.And being first means you get to do extra stuff like work with the Executive Team to identify key employees and subsequently design customized development, retention and succession plans and fly to Detroit to share your successes with the mother ship!
