I am entrusted as the Main Secretary of AVIKOM FILM 2023/2024 which responsible in :1. Optimizing organizational workflows, schedules, and communications2. Preparing letters, reports, memoranda, and tables3. Assist staff members in coordination of schedules, appointments, weekly operational tasks.

I am entrusted to be one of the core manager as a secretary in which I am responsible of the letter recap and making letters for the members in need. I also took notes and share the timeline in our Google Calendar to remind the members of the schedule that we have each months.
