My team and I were responsible for the creation, development and execution of the marketing campaign for the system and for the affiliated practices. I acted as the "face" of St. Francis representing the system in community activities. In addition, we handled all internal and system communication. Our team guided the sponsorship opportunity selection and involvement for the health care system and created a tracking system for communication across departments. I was responsible for overseeing the Concierge program for St. Francis, for managing the Liason program and for launching a process improvement plan for patient access.

I was responsible for all marketing, promotion and communication efforts of First American Bank and Trust. In addition, I managed our facilities which included daily operations/maintenance as well as renovations and interior design.

I was responsible for the creation and development of the marketing campaign for St. Mary's Healthcare System working with a team of freelance designers, photographers, videographers and support staff such as writers, actors, make-up artists, etc. In addition I was responsible for creating and monitoring all Public Relations efforts. I also became very involved with improving the culture of St. Mary's and took on the role of "Coach" for our cultural change/employee retention initiative.
