With more than 20 years of experience working with some of the most well known brands in the world to emerging markets and start-ups, I am a proven expert guide during times of change. During my six years with Macy’s, I led the transformation and change management of Macys.com from a project-based to an agile, value-stream-model for strategic planning and technology execution in addition to being a champion of improving overall employee engagement and communication. Always motivated by the desire to make a difference, I knew that I could be a more effective change-maker as a consultant and coach. In this role, I have partnered with leaders and companies both large and small, including H&M, AbbVie/Allergan, Department of Defense, Clif, Metallica, Gerdau Steel, Kroger, Johnson & Johnson, and Coca-ColaFor all of my expertise with change and transformation, I also cherish restorative downtime. For me, beauty can be found in life’s balance. I ground myself by practicing yoga, exploring nature, tending my garden, and investing in friendships near and far. I also find solace in the rare things that do not change, like the love I share with my family.
